The situation
A Rockstars customer wants its data, infrastructure and critical technology under EU jurisdiction. Under NIS2 the board is accountable for the suppliers it depends on, and the cloud provider is one of them. The client asked to keep the project unnamed. The goal is a European landing zone next to AWS, so each workload can choose where it runs.
What we’re building
- An EU-based landing zone: private connectivity, DNS, identity and access, storage, Kubernetes and PostgreSQL.
- The delivery chain around it: CI/CD, GitOps, observability and security controls.
- Migration and recovery methods that give critical services a route onto European infrastructure, with failover, rollback and restore that are demonstrated, not assumed.
